Horizon Home Media ("we," "us," "our") is a real estate media production company based in Massachusetts. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Horizon Home Media iOS app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The app is a client portal for real estate agents who are our customers — a place to view scheduled shoots, receive and download the photos and videos we produce, manage orders, and reach us.

Information we collect

• Your email address. The app identifies you by the email address of the account you are signed in to, so that delivery and appointment notifications can be sent to the right person. It is read from your signed-in portal session.
• A device notification token. If you turn on notifications, Apple issues a token that lets us send push notifications to your device. We store that token, associated with your account email, on our notification service so we can notify you when your media is delivered or a shoot is coming up.
• Portal account information. The portal itself is operated by our media-delivery provider, Aryeo, and processes the account information you provide to them — such as your name, phone number, brokerage and social links, listings, orders, and appointments — so the app can display them to you.
• Payment information. If you pay an invoice, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number; Stripe handles card details directly.

Your photo library

When you choose to save a delivered photo or video, the app writes it to your device's photo library. This is add-only access requested at the moment you tap to save — the app does not read, browse, or upload the existing contents of your photo library.

How we use this information

• To deliver the core function of the app: showing you your listings, media, orders, and appointments.
• To send you notifications you have opted in to — for example, when your media is delivered, or 24 hours before a scheduled shoot.
• To let you download and save your media, book shoots, pay invoices, and contact us.

Tracking

We do not use the app to track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers. The app actively blocks a third-party analytics tag from loading inside it.

How information is shared

We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the service providers that make the app work, acting on our behalf:

• Aryeo — operates the underlying portal and stores your account, listing, and order data.
• Stripe — processes invoice payments.
• Apple Push Notification service — delivers notifications to your device.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Retention and account deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and its associated data at any time, either from within the app (Settings → Delete My Account) or by emailing us at the address below. Deletion is completed within 7 days, and we confirm by email once it is done.

Children

The app is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
